In October 2010 Makin Organs provided the organ for the world-renowned Houston Symphony Orchestra who are on a tour of England playing the famous Planets Suite by Holst with an amazing backdrop of high definition photographs provided by NASA on a very large screen.
The tour takes in Birmingham Symphony Hall, Leeds Town Hall, Usher Hall Edinburgh, the Bridgewater Hall Manchester, the Sage in Gateshead, the Anvil in Basingstoke and the Barbican in London. Most locations were sold out well in advance.
