A wonderful Gala concert at Liverpool Cathedral

All those present had a wonderful nights entertainment at Liverpool Cathedral on Saturday 23rd June at the Organ Gala concert given by world famous organist Carlo Curley playing the mighty Willis organ with Professor Ian Tracey playing duets and solo pieces on the new Copeman Hart touring organ installed especially by ChurchOrganWorld.

Dr Keith Harrington, Managing Director said “A sum approaching £5,000 was raised on the evening towards the Liverpool Organ Appeal. Currently the appeal has raised just over £250,000 with another £500,000 required by 2016 for the 90th anniversary of this amazing instrument.” He added “David Wells Organ Builders does an wonderful job in maintaining this instrument; we will continue to work with Ian and the Cathedral by raising funds to help meet this target.”
