Whilst 2021 has sadly been a challenge for many, we have been able to maintain, and indeed improve upon our already high standards of customer service.
Ken Wade, the project coordinator at Dinas Powys recently sent an email to ChurchOrganWorld Managing Director Keith Harrington:-
“We at St Peter’s Church Dinas Powys would like to thank you all at ChurchOrganWorld for the most professional way that you managed the recent installation of our new Makin Thirlmere organ. The fact that the organ was to be positioned within the space vacated by the pipe organ console made it all the more difficult to carry out. A wonderful organ recital was given recently by an eminent organist from Llandaff Cathedral who was very complimentary of the organ and its installation. We are delighted with the organ and look forward to its playing for many years to come”.
Whilst voicing the organ, Ken shared with Keith that following an exhaustive selection process to search for a new instrument to replace an ageing and in the end unreliable instrument from another manufacturer that the choice was an easy one. The Makin Thirlmere was the instrument of choice with the professionalism of ChurchOrganWorld being key to their discussions and decision.
