Church Organ World is now a Yamaha Dealer for Upright, Grand and Digital Pianos

Managing Director Keith Harrington said “For some time we have realised that churches often embark upon purchasing both a piano and a digital organ at the same time.  Following brief discussions with James Sargeant, Sales & Marketing Manager for Pianos at Yamaha, it became evident that there was a good synergy and working together would be of tremendous benefit to our customers especially since we have some very attractive prices.”

Yamaha have a comprehensive range of upright pianos which caters for every church’s needs, from compact models for occasional use through to larger models suitable for more demanding work. Silent and Trans acoustic variants offer MIDI and Audio connectivity.

Ranging from 151cm to 274cm, Yamaha’s grand piano line offers a range to suit any church’s requirements. A pre-sale site survey is included to ensure the client has the most appropriate options. Post-delivery tuning is included on all models, with custom voicing also included on CX, SX and CF Series.

To start with, we have two demo models in our Shaw showroom, which customers can come and play. Following purchase, new pianos are delivered directly to our customer by Yamaha engineers.

James Sargeant said: “Over three decades working in the piano business, and as a church musician and organist myself, the requirements of so many churches to have both a digital organ and a piano have been very apparent.  In the last few years, we have supplied pianos to churches and cathedrals around the UK, for choir rehearsal rooms, church halls, or as an additional instrument in church for those occasions where it’s not possible or musically appropriate to use the organ. We are delighted to have found a synergy with Dr Keith Harrington and his team at Church Organ World. Their commitment to offering the very best customer service aligns perfectly with our objectives to bring the best quality instruments to churches. We look forward to welcoming new church musicians into our Yamaha family!”
