Join us at Mixbury for Ian Tracey’s annual concert

On Saturday 4th May 2013 you are cordially invited to Professor Ian Tracey’s sixth annual concert at our Mixbury showroom in the idyllic North Oxfordshire countryside. Following the pattern set in recent years we will be having a single, but extended concert.

Please do pass on this message to your organist friends who may be interested in attending. However, since this is a ticket only event please send an e-mail to roadshows@makinorgans.co.uk to reserve tickets. Based on attendance in previous years, please do not delay in making your request since you could well miss out. Don’t forget that lunch is included!

Ian’s playing will be divided between the Westmorland ‘Gigue’,  the new Makin Thirlmere organ which is being played in public for the first time, a Copeman Hart instrument and a new continuo organ. As ever I’m sure that Ian will dazzle you with his playing skills, and also with the stories of the life of an organist, organ composers and much, much more! The day starts at 10:30 and finishes at 15:30.

Sheet organ music will be on sale.

Our showrooms are at Middle Farm on Featherbed Lane near Mixbury, the postcode is NN13 5RN.
