As well as publishing lots of new sheet organ music under our ChurchOrganWorld imprint, we have a very significant stock of sheet organ music from publishers worldwide.
In Shaw, our stock of sheet organ music is vast with typically 2,000 titles on the shelves at any one time. To meet customer demand, we normally place orders most days with publishers, wholesalers and importers to either replenish stocks or to meet specific customer orders of more unusual items. Since the start of 2025 our online catalogue has grown significantly and yesterday reached the significant number of over 14,000 entries.
We aim to send out packages to customers for items that are all in stock on the first day we are in the office after receiving the order from the customer. For out-of-stock items, we send out copies the same day that copies are received from our suppliers. Currently, out of stock items are taking longer than usual to be delivered to us as several publishers are not operating to their pre-covid capacity. Of course, this is very much beyond our control, but we will do what we can. If you see a picture of the front cover of a piece of music on our website, then we either have the item in stock, or have had it in stock recently. However, if the picture is ‘generic’ then we will certainly have to order the music for you.
